What I love most about Johann’s take on training is that it is so varied! What I find most difficult about working out is how quickly I get bored doing the same exercises. Johann is successful in targeting the same muscle groups doing so many different workouts you never get bored.

The program includes 6 weeks of tailored training sessions focusing on strength, endurance, and agility, access to expert coaches, and performance tracking.

Not at all! The program is designed for all levels, from aspiring athletes to seasoned competitors.

A lightly stocked garage gym is pretty much essential. But, the program is totally doable by replacing kettlebells and/or barbells with dumbbells with various weights.

A good indicator is the color of your urine. If it’s light yellow or clear, you’re adequately hydrated. Dark yellow or amber indicates dehydration, and you should increase your water intake. Keep track of your fluid intake during the day, especially around training times, and make sure to sip water consistently rather than waiting until you’re thirsty.

Please do. While this program has a LOT of variety, please adjust based on your own needs specific to your body. Over time, you’ll get a sense of the overall goals of the program. You can easily customize from that point.
