Know that taking down your cathartic limit in brew might make you uber glad, but those takedowns mean strict eating the day after. Becuase every drink is at least 105 calories.

Furthermore, know that alcohol gets processed as sugar (like everything else) and exactly is more calories that carbs and proteins. As a result, remember: cutting out alcohol is the second most beneficial and QUICKEST way to cut calories.
